According to approaching Frideric Chopin’s Year 2010, Folkloristic Group “Wielkopolanie” started a concert trip dedicated to this composer through the many schools and kindergarten in Wielkopolska.
“Wielkopolanie” presented their artistic skills by showing polish national dances on trip organized by Artistic Agency “Mezzoforte”. About 3000 kids from kindergartens and students had a possibility to find out how that famous pianist was living and composing.
“Wielkopolanie” with pianist Piotr Białas visited Poznań, Kościan, Czerwonak, Lusowo, Tarnowo Podgórne, Przeźmierowo, Ceradz Kościelną, Baranowo, Buk, Kaźmierz i Szamotuły, giving their best to students and showing them creating activity of Frideric Chopin. Ms Julita Skowrońska was leading perfectly each one.
Gathered audience had possibility to see polish national dances, danced for the music composed by Frideric Chopin, and hear most famous compositions written in Romantic period by that brilliant artist.
