As every year the Museum of Agriculture and Food Industry invited the inhabitants of Greater Poland Voivodeship to the Easter Market. For the visitors who have decided to prepare themselves better for the last weekend before Easter, the Museum offered plenty of attractions. The organizers of the event took care of possibility of buying at the fair everything that is needed for the Easter and even more. On numerous stands, exhibitors offered painted eggs, healthy and tasty food perfect for the Easter table and many other holiday goods. It was also possible to taste some of the delicious, traditional in Greater Poland dishes and drinks. The market stage during those two days was visited by the dancers and musicians of the Folkloristic Group "Wielkopolanie". First of all, they presented beautiful habits from the area of ​​Lowicz - girls walking with maypole and bachelors walking with rooster. Furthermore at the stage were performed a presentation of a known to date habit of Easter Monday i.e. water – prank day. Beautiful Lowiczs’ costumes, combined with traditional music, singing and Lowiczs’ dances despite the not so good weather made that spring arrived in Szreniawa.

Moreover „Wielkopolanie” presented a comprehensive artistic program, bringing the folk dance and music of Silesia, Spisz, the East of Cracow and national dances such as kujawiak, oberek and krakowiak. As promised, a group of older dancers of „Wielkopolanie” also presented dances and songs from Lublin. Anyone who came to Szreniawa at the Easter fair could not only prepare for Easter by buying holiday articles, but could also feel a truly coming Easter.
