„WIELKOPOLANIE” WINNER OF REGIONAL REVIEW
In Saturday in front of Artistic Commission Folk Group “Wielkopolanie” has presented the following program:
“Jeszcze nie do dom” – amusement of people from the region of Biskupizna, Kujawiak and oberek and “Barbara święta o górnikach pamięta” – dances and songs from Upper Śląsk in choreography by Leszek Rembowski with music by Stanisław Horbik.

The Group has no time to take a breath. In October dancers will perform all over the region dancing in 60 schools and kindergartens. They are also preparing to International Folk Festival in Taiwan where they will present themselves from the 2 of November. This will be the fortieth country visited by the Folk Group “Wielkopolanie” – the prize winner of Regional Review of Folkloristic Groups in 2007.
