Once again Folk Group Wielkopolanie participated in AMU Sports Day. Dozens of receptions, meetings, competitions took place all over University’s grounds in Poznan. Among the artists performing during the festivity of the largest Poznan school was Folk Group Wielkopolanie. The group has been cooperating with the AMU since 2001, and through this cooperation appeared in front of University’s senat and countless of students.

Exactly at 9.30 am Opening Ceremony began with performance of Folk Group Wielkopolanie. Afterwards Rector of AMU – Prof., doctor habilitatus, Bronislaw Marciniak welcomed all present people. During the whole day, on all of University’s sport facilities, games were played in different disciplines: volleyball, basketball, swimming, mountain biking, rowing ergometer, aerobic, and many others.

Folk Group Wielkopolanie are also going to dance on Saturday’s AMU Family Fest.
