GOLD MEDAL OF HOSPITAL’S FRIEND
The Folk Group „Wielkopolanie” obtained Gold Medal of Hospital’s Friend from General Management of the Hospital and the Association of Friends’ Bevy of Disabled Children for constant help and material support of all initiatives improving technical state and quality of hospital’s services.
Rehabilitation Hospital for Children in Kiekrz is situated in one of the most beautiful quarters of Poznań. The Center is surrounded by the historical park and in its nearest neighborhood there are two lakes.
The patients are children in the age between 3 and 18 years old, that has disability of locomotive organs caused by different diseases, such as: fractions, orthopedic and neurosurgical treatments, cerebral-cranial injuries, dicsopathy, infantile cerebral paresis, muscular dystrophy, neuropathy, muscular-medullar atrophy, cerebral trauma paresis, meningeal-medullar hernias, rheumatic diseases, genetically caused defects of locomotive organs, myalgia, distortions of vertebral column and others.
The patients are children in the age between 3 and 18 years old, that has disability of locomotive organs caused by different diseases, such as: fractions, orthopedic and neurosurgical treatments, cerebral-cranial injuries, dicsopathy, infantile cerebral paresis, muscular dystrophy, neuropathy, muscular-medullar atrophy, cerebral trauma paresis, meningeal-medullar hernias, rheumatic diseases, genetically caused defects of locomotive organs, myalgia, distortions of vertebral column and others.
In land painting scenery “Wielkopolanie” presented dances from Great Poland and Cracow regions. Children had a chance to listen songs from various regions of our country and also to participate with dancers in a play from Kalisz city region.
